Entertainment Weekly has confirmed that Heidi Klum is coming back to the fashion reality TV series after an eight-year absence. PEOPLE was first to break the news. Klum originally hosted Project Runway from its inception in 2004 through 2017.
Heidi Klum Is Returning To ‘Project Runway’ After An 8 Year Absence
Supermodel Heidi Klum, who progressed into a mainstay judge of American’s Got Talent on NBC, is returning to her roots in the reality/competition space. After an eight year absence, Klum will host the 21st season of veteran Project Runway, which moves to Freeform after most recently airing on Bravo.
Heidi Klum Rejoins ‘Project Runway’ as Season 21 Host
The news comes after the October announcement that the series had been renewed for a 21st season while moving to Disney’s Freeform after most recently airing on Bravo. Season 21 will debut later this year and run for 10 episodes, which will stream on Disney+ and Hulu after their Freeform airings.
