Storm is one of the many Duelists in Marvel Rivals, but despite her cool design and neat abilities, she wasn't really anyone's first choice in Season 0. It wasn't that she was particularly weak; there were just a ton of better choices,

Storm has swiftly taken the throne as the strongest character in Marvel Rivals season 1. A recent round of buffs catapulted her from one of the least powerful damage dealers to a menace at all skill levels in the hero shooter’s ranked mode.

Storm is one of the best X-Men, so it only makes sense that she's an asset in Marvel Rivals. She can help speed up her allies or strengthen their offensive stats with her Weather Control and Goddess Boost. She can also throw bolts of electricity towards her foes like Zeus from Greek mythology.
