Green Bay placed top cornerback Jaire Alexander on injured reserve with a knee injury. Alexander had an interception in the opener against the Eagles. The Packers have gotten good play from safety Xavier McKinney after he left the Giants in free agency.

Barkley won the NFL’s rushing title with 2,005 yards in just 16 games. He became just the ninth player in league history to rush for at least 2,000 yards and fell 105 yards short of Eric Dickerson’s single season rushing record (2,105).
