BOARDMAN, Ohio (WKBN)- An Ohio Lottery player won BIG on a scratch-off in Boardman. According to a press release, the player won the top prize of the Ohio Lottery’s VIP Millions scratch-off. As a result, the winner chose the cash option prize of $500,000. After taxes are taken out, the winner will receive approximately $360,000.
