The AQI measures the concentration of various pollutants in the air, with anything above 100 deemed unhealthy and over 150 considered "very unhealthy."

For the second time in a week, Pakistan’s Lahore has been ranked as the world’s most polluted city, despite the provincial government’s attempts to tackle smog and air pollution. The provincial capital reported an Air Quality Index (AQI) of 208,
