A new lawsuit alleges that Sean 'Diddy' Combs attempted to sexually assault at a Ciroc party was interrupted by a professional athlete.

May 24 Plaintiff April Lampros accuses Combs in a lawsuit filed in New York of sexual assault over four “terrifying sexual encounters” between 1995 and 2001, including three incidents of rape and one instance of Combs forcing her to take ecstasy.

The music mogul, who faces federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges, has been accused in civil court of raping and drugging people. He has denied the allegations.
