Bill Hader confirmed his Pacific Palisades home survived the ongoing Los Angeles wildfires though it sustained some damage in an interview with KTLA 5. "I’m in shock. It’s just gone. Everything," Hader said of his Pacific Palisades neighborhood.

A report by Los Angeles television station KTLA said Hader's home is still standing, but sustained damage. Hader said he is glad his family "got out."

Bill Hader was among the fortunate ones whose Pacific Palisades home survived the Los Angeles fires. While discussing the damage these wildfires caused in LA with KTLA 5, Hader expressed shock, especially after seeing the devastation in his neighborhood and surrounding areas after his return.

Hader then stressed the importance of taking the evacuation orders very seriously. "If you get an evacuation notice, just, you know, leave," he said. "Because I do know people who were kind of like 'Well, wait and see' and things like that, or, 'I’m in the yellow zone" or whatever.' This thing, once it went red, you couldn’t get out."
