DES MOINES, Iowa - The bird flu disaster proclamation for Worth, O’Brien, Palo Alto, Sac, and Sioux counties has been extended through February 1. Governor Kim Reynolds says the U.S. Department of Agriculture has confirmed positive cases of highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) in all five counties.
